TRS: The Separation of MMT from Policy
Conflating doing MMT and policy is absolutely insane to say. MMT is a description of how the system works, so you can tell how well a given policy may work, but you NEVER do MMT. MMT allows you to see things clearly. But it is not policy with the lone exception of a Job Guarantee which we will discuss.
